Reading Area Community College (“College”) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms (each, a “Bidder”) to submit formal sealed bids (each, a “Bid”) online to provide services for Recycling and Waste management services. The work includes College-wide recycling and waste management pick-up services.

The award will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional 1-year extensions based on performance.
