The Student Success Center is here to help with:

  • Reviewing program requirements and planning what courses you need to take
  • Registering for courses
  • Changing your schedule – dropping or adding a course
  • Academic Concerns
  • Change of major

First Semester Registration

New degree seeking students will need to meet with a professional staff member in the Student Success Center to review your program requirements, and schedule your first semester classes. In preparation for the first advising session, it is recommended that students set up their MyRACC account and access RACC email and Self Service accounts.

Check out this Get Connected Guide and video tutorial.

Current Student Registration

Faculty and Staff Guidance
Students that are currently enrolled in courses with a declared academic program are assigned to a faculty academic advisor. Your advisor contact information can be found in your Self-Service account. Select the "My Advisor" box for more details and advisor contact information.

In addition to your faculty advisor, Connection Coaches and Success Navigators, located in the Student Success Center in B209 are available to provide assistance with registration and academic concerns.

You are strongly encouraged to meet with an advisor before registering for each semester, changing your current schedule (including dropping or withdrawing from classes), or changing your major.

Easy steps to register

  • Step 1:  Access your Program Check Sheet. Download and print the curriculum guide for your program. This is your roadmap to your degree and on-time graduation
  • Step 2:  Sign into myRACC > Everyday Tools > Self Service. Review your Advising Summary which will tell you what courses you have completed and what courses you still need to take.
  • Step 3: In Self Service, select Step 3: Register. Search for course offerings, add them to your plan and register.

NOTE: PLANNED courses will appear in yellow. REGISTERED courses appear in GREEN.
