Miller-Keystone Blood Center will be coming to RACC for a winter blood drive on Wednesday, February 1st and time slots are available between 8:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Walk-Ins will be welcome based on space availability.
The blood drive will take place in the motor coach parked outside of Berks Hall. Please report to the registration table in the cafeteria for your appointment before proceeding to the motor coach. Photo ID is required.

Auctioneering Classes Begin March 13, 2023
RACC's Auctioneering Certification Program will provide basic instruction on how to:
- Take charge of an auction and communicate with people both individually and in large and small groups.
- Develop an auction chant appropriate to various auction venues.
- Procure merchandise to sell at auction.
- Organize and manage various types of auctions including antiques and collectibles, estate and real estate auctions.
- Organize and manage an auction company including assembling the necessary work force to prepare for and conduct an auction.
- Keep records and formulate contracts as well as demonstrate an understanding of the PA Auctioneer and Auction Licensing Act, Business Law, and other specific laws as they relate to Auctioneering.
- Advertise for an auction and evaluate the impact of the various advertising media.
- Settle an auction account.

The Schmidt Training and Technology Center is offering Project Management Training.

This workshop will arm participants with time tested and proven techniques, tools and templates. This enables Project Managers to not only get their teams up and running but also keep the teams on track to complete high quality deliverables on time and at/under budget.
The sessions are highly interactive and provide participants with the opportunity to try the techniques on their own projects. Each participant should bring project information to the workshop as we will work on their individual projects.
