Legacy Awards

Legacy XII, Drive (2012-13)

Silver Circle Award in the literary magazine category from Columbia Scholastic PressAssociation (CSPA). In addition to this award, Legacy XII has earned the Eastern Division second-place award from the Community College Humanities Association literary magazine competition.

The script "The Fractions of our Lives: A Play in One Act" won the judges' award for best script from the Community College Humanities Association. Student authors were Elaine Mendelsohn Pleet, Jennifer Edwards and Michell Good.

Legacy XI, Voices of Legacy (2011-2012)

Finalist in the national Associated Collegiate Press (ACP) Magazine Pacemaker Awards, which recognize general excellence in collegiate magazines and are considered the country’s most prestigious awards in college media. Second Place in the Literary Magazine Competition of the Community College Humanities Association’s (CCHA) Eastern Division for 2012, which consists of community colleges from New England through Maryland.
