Hello. I am Melody Lynn Aldinger. I am from Biloxi, Mississippi, but have lived in 7 other states. I am changing careers after obtaining a Criminal Justice degree from Owensboro Community College in Kentucky. I am currently in my second semester at RAAC for the medical field. I have been at three other colleges in the past and choose RAAC because it has a small close knit community feel. I choose to be a Raven Ambassador as I am not from this area and felt it would help acclimate myself to the student life in Pennsylvania. It has been great working with the students thus far!
Hello all! My name is Deannaliz Batista, and I am originally from Manhattan, New York. I am a RACC student since 2016, I am enrolled in the Engineering program. I was inspired to pursue an engineering career after I joined the STEM summer camp while I was a high school student. I plan to take general courses here at RACC and transfer my credits to a four-year college. I became a Raven’s Ambassador in 2017 because I wanted to help my peers to be more familiar with the buildings and resources that RACC has to offer. I also want to improve my communication and interpersonal skills. Being accepted into the Ambassador's family has been one of the things I have enjoyed the most; the atmosphere is welcoming and helpful. I love spending time with my friends and reading a good book.

Hi, my name is Maria José Velis, I’m 20 years old and I’m majoring in Health Sciences. I became a Raven ambassador to meet more people, gain more personal and work experience, as well as improve my communication skills. As a work-study I have learned a lot about the college and the opportunities that it brings. Being an ambassador has giving me the opportunity to meet people from different diversities and to communicate with those that speak the same language as me, plus assist at events.
