<p>Berks County's flattest and fastest run! Out and back course running along the scenic Schuylkill River\, on packed cinder and paved trails.</p>

	<li>Registration opens at 9 AM in the Gust Zogas Student Union Building</li>
	<li>5K - starts at 10AM</li>
	<li>Kids Run - starts at 10:50AM</li>
	<li>Awards - start at 11:00AM</li>

<p>The Student Union Building will be open with a fitness center\, you can stretch indoor! “COOL” T-shirt to all pre-registrants of 5K\; real finisher medals for all kids run finishers. Refreshments and snacks for finishers\, indoor toilet facilities &amp\; showers\, loads of parking\, time clock at finish and instant results. Held rain or shine. No refunds or mailed awards.</p>
