Diversity | Yocum Library
Today a library can be open 24/7 for its patrons by accessing library resources online through the Internet. On campus, to access these online resources, just click on the links embedded in the database titles. Off-campus, RACC students, staff, and faculty should use the links in the Launchpad section of the myRACC portal to reach most of the library databases. There are a few databases that use passwords which are in a document under the Yocum Library section of the Students Resources/Instructors Resources tab in the myRACC portal.

A to Z World Food | Includes food culture articles and recipes for 174 countries of the world. |
eHRAF World Cultures | Over 350,000 pages on all aspects of cultural and social life - More Information
The unique feature of the eHRAF Collection of Ethnography database is the ability to search full-texts using subjects to find relevant paragraphs. You will find that searching with these subjects (expressed as 3-digit OCM subject codes) is often much more accurate than a word search because you are searching for a concept rather than just a word in a sentence.
