The Schmidt Technology & Training Center (STTC) has exhibited notable settling in certain portions of the building. A Geotechnical analysis and a report was commissioned to identify the likely source of the settling. Weak soils were identified in the area around the southwest corner, and stabilization was recommended. The scope of work for this project includes soil stabilization in this area with high-pressure, compaction grouting as described in the contents of the Project Manual.

There will be no pre-bid conference held.
