Summary:
The Community Education-Literacy Programs Data Quality Specialist has the primary responsibility of processing timely staff and student data entry into EData system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing data entry for the program
- Ensuring timely, complete, and accurate entry of data
- Performing regular review of data for errors and ensure immediate corrections, when needed
- Run data reports as needed
- Performs other job- related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year data entry experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and
division. Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Internet skills. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague or other administrative software a plus. Proficiency in typing (ability to type 35 words per minute)
Other Qualifications:
Must have strong interpersonal skills to interface with a variety of students, instructors and customers.
Must possess the ability to adapt and multitask.
Proficient in the use of calculator and/or adding machine.
