Enchantment Theatre Company “The Velveteen Rabbit”
January 10, 2009 (Saturday) – 11:00am & 3:00pm
The classic book, The Velveteen Rabbit by Margery Williams, comes to life in Enchantment Theatre Company's musical version of the tale using puppets, masked actors and magic. With a backdrop of beautiful scenery and an original score by Grammy and Tony Award-winning composer Don Sebesky this imaginative production will captivate audiences both young and old. Recommended for all audiences.
Join us for a mask-making workshop for children ages 3 – 12 following the 11:00 a.m. performance. Pre-registration is suggested and a $3 per-child fee is required payable at the time of the workshop. Space is limited so act now!
Special story times featuring The Velveteen Rabbit have been scheduled in partnership with Borders Books of Wyomissing on January 3 and Spring Township Library.
