Fellowship:
Monthly meetings include chapter business and plans, programs (ex: massage therapy, self-defense, tutor/mentor opportunity, adjusting to the four year college), and members "Share Your Passion" programs or faculty presentations on Navajo sand painting, pop culture.

Monthly meetings are generally held on the first Saturday of the month in Yocum River Room or Y 115 from 10 am to 12 noon. Dates may vary due to college or seasonal events.

Leadership:
Leadership opportunities exist to serve as officers and chair chapter committees, serve on other RACC committees to coordinate activities by invitation and need, as well as opportunities to plan and execute events.

Service:
 Service opportunities include ushering at graduation, assisting at RACC Foundation cultural series events and the annual women's Tulip Conference, and conducting tours of the college for orientations and open houses.  In addition, members may participate in fund raising events such as entertainment book sales, spring flower sales, and raffles.
