Doing Business with RACC
The business opportunities at RACC are limitless. As you will notice over the next few months our requirements vary in quantity, time and form.
We will require all our vendors to sign non-collusion affidavits and to comply with all laws governing non-discrimination.
Unless otherwise stated, all bid packages will be available from the purchasing department in room B-134 during normal working hours (Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM). Verbal requests for bid specifications will not be accepted. All requests for specifications must be requested via email or fax on company letterhead containing both street address and/or PO box number.
NOTE: All vendors / suppliers are required to comply with the Contract Compliance Regulations of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, 16 PA, Code Chapter 49 and with all laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities.
